Special Christmas Gift Market

For the first time ever, we’re holding a wee gift market in the forecourt of St. Andrew’s and St. Mark’s as part of our Christmas market. We’ve cherry-picked some amazing local talent so that you can buy something interesting and support an artist and the community.

BeeInspired will be taking up temporary residency and are always a popular choice for stocking stuffers. Our particular favourite this year is their reusable beeswax food wraps in a range of festive vintage patterns, but we also swoon over their handmade candles.

Little Koyo is making an appearance. Carole makes the most adorable clothes and accessories for infants using Liberty fabrics and we just can’t get enough. She’ll also be bringing scarves and other gift ideas, as well as mini stocking ornaments for the tree.

Wilhon Design has been a market favourite for several years now – their Surbiton Station letter holder is an instant classic and has been joined by Tolworth Tower bookend. They’ll also showcase original screen prints and postcard sets that bring out the beauty in modernism.

Anna Bingham will be bringing along her ceramic wares. Expect thrown pots and handmade ornaments with a modern, clean colour palette. She’ll also be stocking some of Debbie Chessell’s lino prints – you’ll recognise her art from posters around Surbiton.

Lisa Tolley has a range of products showcasing her art. You will recognise her work from the tea towels on offer at The French Tarte, as she brings Surbiton and surrounding area to life in charming ways.

The Maple Village WI are bringing up the rear with a stall groaning under loads of chutneys and jam, that fairly demand to be a part of a festive meal or two.

So please be sure to cross the road and check out what is on offer!
