First seen at the inaugural Surbiton Food Festival, The Folie Macaron have gone on to wow market customers.

Lovingly handmade by Parisian Fabienne Jaimes, these brightly-coloured French macaron, with their intense taste, are available in a dizzying-range of mouth-watering flavours depending on the seasons and Fabienne’s inspiration. From peach, passion fruit, violet and pistachio to strawberry candy and salted butter caramel, they are gluten-free and baked only with natural ingredients. Fabienne has also branched out to other delectable French patisseries, including financiers and her own special take on some very memorable madeleines.
